Kiwi Can


L.I to learn Friendship  
 This week In our kiwi can session we were learning friendship. Our theme is positive relationship and our topic is friendship. We shared our understanding of what friendship means. Friendship means that we have to include your friends. We were learning by a game called Secret cards.

Summary

                                                       L.I to Using key words to write a summary
Summarising is using words to make a sentence.  I read a book called our bodies,we had to use the keywords in the sentence and make a summary, using the keywords. We also had to show the page we got the information from or the keywords on the page.

We had to fill in each grid with the information that we learnt from the book page. We had to talk about each part in our body and our organs that help us talk and other things. We have all sorts of parts that are in our body that helps us move around.

WHY DO WE HAVE BONES
We have bones to help us stand, pull, hold, and feel but if we didn't have bones we will be flat as a pancake. Did you know we have 200 bones in our bodies or more. We have long bones in our legs and small bones in our hands and fingers. That is why our bodies are important.

Today we had to do graphs of the tally we went to snag golf and we had to hit the flag 20 times with ball and we had to hit near miss and then we had to do graphs here is what I have done I hope you like it and if I get something wrong please give me feedback.

Rhyme


This Week for Inquiry we were learning about Poetry,Rhythm and Rhyme. Mr W gave my group a a sheet about some poems we had to highlight some of the words that rhyme  and we see if it was a alliteration,Assonance.Consonance and End Rhyme.

kiwi Can

LI: To work as a team

This week in Kiwican, we introduced a new topic called Cooperation. We focused on working as a team and taking part. We shared an understanding of what we know about cooperation and what it means.  It means to take part in an action, solution, activity and use teamwork. 

Our Energiser - Opposites

Our Energiser helped us understand cooperation and positive relationships by Participating and by taking part and not unleashing wrong and dangerous actions when people call out your mistakes or you are embarrassed about your wrong movements. The kiwi can leaders had to call out an action and we had to do the opposite movement.

Our Activity - Command

In our Activity, we used Co-operation and Positive relationships by working as a team and following instructions. In this activity, we were separated into 4 teams. One person from each team had to huddle up with one of our kiwican leaders and had to bring back instructions from our leaders. Then the team had to work as a team to complete those instructions and the first to finish got 1 point and could choose a person from any of the teams to join the winning team.

LI. Learn words with using the thesaurus

This week for reading we learnt about the antonym and synonym and they also mean the opposite and same. We had to make a google doc showing you the word in the middle and the opposite on the left and the same on the right and it also shows picture to show what I mean.

Black Power Ranger

LI:To make a post about your teams power ranger.
This week for writing we had to write about a power ranger.My power ranger was the black it was not that easy to do this post but i got help by Mr Wong then i no one else got help.

this week in  kiwi can  i got to get  in a serceill and then we all had a talk and then we went outside and then we played  paper scissor rock  the way you play is you say that and then if you are the loser  then you have to turn around and if you win then you have to  run from the loser and if you get tagde then you are out  and then we played  kickball and the way you play this is you have to get pot in tow to team and then  one team plays as the defenders have to  stop the attackers kick the ball and then you have to run all the way to the end and run  bake wife out getting touched by the defenders  and my team lost so bad  but i was  happy

his week we had to do SSR sefie to complete this task  and get one off our blog post don then get it on to the must do site. We had to answer all of this questions about the book we had redden.

L.i To identify of having a health/non Health Relationship
This week for inquiry we had to create three DLO's (Digital Learning Objects). The first thing we did was make padlets about people we can have relationships with. The second padlet was about examples of how a relationship can change. Then we moved on to the body outline. We had to make the good text in black and the bad examples in red. After finishing of the body outline we had to create a T Chart. The T Chart was about what makes a good team and what makes a bad team. We first had to think about the examples then we organised it by what we think is the most important example. I enjoyed participting in this activity. My favourite part was the T Chart.

Cybersmart

This week for Cybersmart we talk about Care Awards and it is when someone gives you a care award for being good at reading or Writing. You put it in the must do list so the Teacher  can pick anyone to give a Care award to anyone that finished their work in your blurb you need to talk about what you learned and how you learned so you can know about Care awards.

   This week we had another week of music. The first thing we had to do was wait on the floor for instructions. The first instructions was the people how haven't haven a turn on the key boards get a turn now. The next instructions was the people in the front get to play the uklele. First we had to learn about how and where the put our finger. The people how were confident to play the uklelel get to plau outside.
